Mr. Keith Green - President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Keith Green, one of the founders, visionaries, and business leaders of SecureTek Group, Inc. and the current Chairman of the Board. As President of SecureTek Group, Mr. Green oversees all marketing, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. Prior to joining SecureTek as Chief Financial Officer in May 2005, Mr. Green held a number of key management positions in the private sector and brings over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, planning and business development to SecureTek. Mr. Green began his career with USAA, a large insurance and financial services firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, catering to the military community. Mr. Green holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary's University, San Antonio Texas, and a Masters of Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas. He is also a licensed CPA in Texas and serves as Board Treasurer for several non-profit organizations.
Mr. Ted Kostich - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ted Kostich was appointed SecureTek GroupÕs Chief Operating Officer in April 2007. In this role, Mr. Kostich is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company, as well as directing and synchronizing the efforts of the business development, engineering, finance, and human resources departments. Prior to joining SecureTek, Mr. Kostich served as the Technical Director for the ArmyÕs premier Battle Command integration and test facility, the Central Technical Support Facility at Fort Hood, Texas. He also had a distinguished 27 year military career as a combat arms officer, commanding armor units from company to brigade, and served as the Chief of Staff, 4th Infantry Division, the ArmyÕs first digitized division. Mr. Kostich holds a Bachelors of Science in Production and Operations Management from Bowling Green State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Marshall University.
Mr. Kelly Ross - Executive Vice President
Mr. Kelly Ross was appointed Executive Vice President in February of 2006, and also a Director in Business Development in October of 2007. Prior to joining Securetek Mr. Ross worked in Sales and Business Development for Sun Microsystems. Mr. Ross has held executive with many other Fortune 500 companies focused on IT Solutions to Government entities in the United States. Mr. Ross Completed a 6 year term in the US Marnie Corps Reserves. Also, Mr. Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Metropolitan State College of Denver Colorado.
